Recently, I was lucky enough to visit Roc Sant Gaietà, a small sea-side town in the province of Tarragona, in Catalunya, Spain. I'm glad to say that I live close to what I consider to be a place not too distant from paradise, and I'm not kidding. The hills, the tall green trees, the houses, as if it were an ancient Greek village. All that constitutes that place feels good.
And at this incredible space I was able to begin my exploration in the medium of watercolours, with which I have been very briefly acquainted.
In what I would guess to be a loose 30 min time-stretch, I sat down at a corner and began to draw. I did that twice.
Here are the results;
What do you think?
Whose watercolours do you appreciate most?
(I feel inclined to say Thomas W. Schaller)
Thank you for your time and attention,
